Re-brand for Krishna Avanti
The Krishna Avanti Primary School is Britain's first state-funded Hindu school. A second primary school is due to open in Leicester. The school, located in Edgware, North London, opened in September 2009 and is already four times oversubscribed.

The Guardian reported that "I-Foundation (the organisation directing the school) is considering two locations for a secondary – one in London and the other in Leicester – and anticipates a similar level of demand for places."
